COMMON SCOTER on Startop's End

A first-summer female COMMON SCOTER spent all day at Startop's End Reservoir yesterday (Sunday 4th August) traversing both the Bucks and Herts 'invisible' border in that area. I shall upload a large selection of my images later but here are three excellent ones from Ian Williams. A juvenile Little Ringed Plover was also present on Startop's briefly, whilst both Red-crested Pochards remain. At least 7 Little Egrets remain on neighbouring Tringford Reservoir.
