SPOTTED CRAKE still present, plus GREENSHANK and 4 RED KNOT over

At 17.10 Mike Wallen found the SPOTTED CRAKE; it was showing well at the edge of the reeds, staying in one place, preening and the last rays of sun picked it out beautifully. Took some shots but, as you know, it is very distant and you can just about make out the yellowish bill. Also present was a Green Sandpiper. Mike also spotted four RED KNOT flying over towards Startop's.
