It's that time of year again - Downland BUTTERFLIES....

With the sun coming out yesterday afternoon, I spent a few hours catching up with and photographing some of our cherished local butterflies, in particular the GRIZZLED & DINGY SKIPPERS, GREEN HAIRSTREAKS and DUKE OF BURGUNDY FRITILLARIES; all were surprisingly plentiful.......
