Highlights Today

Steve Rodwell and I watched an OSPREY fly steadily east over the reservoirs at 1113 hours this morning, with Mike Campbell intercepting it near Cheddington after I rang him and others eventually watching it glide east over Bison Hill, Whipsnade

Other highlights included 5 male YELLOW WAGTAILS on the Wilstone bank and a huge arrival of hirundines, including 30 House Martins, 55 Swallows and nearly 200 Sand Martins

Both WATER PIPITS were still around, as well as 2 Common Terns
