Sat in Wilstone Hide 12-2 Monday 7 September. Water level dropped from a week ago with
isolated
"islands" poking out of the low water to the left of the hide (many
thanks
to those who cleared the vegetation!).
Main birds seen were
PEREGRINE FALCON (over on arrival), 2 RUFF still, GREEN
SANDPIPER, 3 juvenile LITTLE
RINGED PLOVERS and the juvenile RINGED PLOVER
Also attached some other
images from a week ago including DUNLIN, BLACK
SWAN and CHINESE WATER DEER
and REEVES MUNTJAC (Michael Nott)
